Сучасні аспекти формування професійної компетентності майбутніх молодших медичних спеціалістів у процесі практичної підготовки

Abstract

У статті представлений розгляд деяких сучасних аспектів формування професійної компетентності майбутніх молодших медичних спеціалістів у процесі практичної підготовки, розглядаються та аналізуються сучасні підходи до проблем формування фахівця нового зразка . Розглянута актуальність формування фахової компетентності майбутніх медичних спеціалістів в умовах модернізації вищої медичної освіти, визначено зміст та обсяг понять "компетенція", "компетентність", "професійна компетентність", що передбачає підвищення підготовки студентів медичних закладів до професійної діяльності. З’ясовано, що вирішальним чинником досягнення основних цілей сучасної освіти є формування ключових компетенцій, які необхідні для будь-якої професійної діяльності. Обґрунтовано особливості реалізації компетентнісного підходу у медичній освіті Доведено, що формування професійної компетентності студентів медичних коледжів є одним з головних завдань для підготовки кваліфікованих працівників на рівні міжнародних вимог. Також проаналізовано думки фахівців щодо видів професійної компетентності та можливостей підготовки компетентного фахівця. Проаналізовані професійні компетентності майбутніх медиків. Зроблено висновок, що для успішного вирішення професійно-орієнтованих задач випускник повинен вміти аналізувати реальні ситуаційні задачі, знаходити оптимальні шляхи її вирішення, пропонувати найбільш ефективні рішення виникаючих проблем, володіти навичками роботи з різними джерелами інформації.
