Abstract
У статті розглянуто важливість вивчення іноземних мов при підготовці майбутніх фахівців для агропромислового виробництва. Проаналізовано результати досліджень шляхів підвищення мотивації до вивчення іноземних мов у аграрно-технічних закладах вищої освіти. Розкрито проблеми мотивації навчальної діяльності в немовних закладах вищої освіти. Подано філософське визначення понять «мотивація» й «мотив», визначено їхні види та напрями. Обґрунтовано роль основних мотивів і шляхів їхнього підвищення та розкриття педагогічних умов, що сприяють успішному вивченню іноземних мов у аграрно-технічних закладах вищої освіти. Запропоновано до використання технології для формування та покращення мотивів при вивченні іноземних мов за професійним спрямуванням
The article is devoted to the problem of ways of increasing the motivation to study foreign languages by applicants for higher education. The need for studying foreign languages by students of higher education institutions has significantly increased since Ukraine entered the visa-free regime. Due to the expansion of professional contacts, free exchange of information, dissemination of educational-methodological and scientific literature published abroad, it becomes possible mutual enrichment the information of specialists from around the world, diverse communication at the international level. A large number of scientific works are devoted to the study of foreign languages by applicants for higher education, but the problem of mastering them remains quite relevant today. The purpose of this article is to determine the role of the main motives and ways to improve them and the disclosure of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful study of foreign languages in agricultural and technical institutions of higher education. In practice, various approaches to solving the problem of studying foreign languages in non-verbal institutions of higher education are considered. This is especially concerns to specialists in agroengineering specialties, as the agricultural sector of the economy is filled with a large number of energy products, tractors and agricultural machinery of foreign production, there is a need to increase quality, highly qualifiedspecialists with knowledge of foreign languages. However, as experience shows, the main argument in the study of foreign languages by future specialists is the motivation of the applicants for higher education. Motivation is a factor of studying success in general and studying a foreign language in particular. It is the trigger of any activity, be it work, communication or cognition. The motive should be presented both at the beginning of the lesson and in the creation of a system of motives for each of its stages. The teaching of a foreign language as a discipline is particularly low quality, which requires practical use due to the lack of a foreign language environment. The article considers the importance of studying foreign languages in the training of future specialists for agroindustrial production. The results of research on ways to increase motivation to study foreign languages in agricultural and technical institutions of higher education are analyzed. Problems of motivation of educational activity in non-verbal institutions of higher education are revealed. This philosophical definition of the concepts of "motivation" and "motive", defined their types and directions. The role of the main motives and ways to improve them and reveal the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful study of foreign languages in agricultural and technical institutions of higher education is determined. Advanced technologies for the formation and improvement of motives in the study of foreign languages in a professional field are suggested for use.
