Підготовка майбутнього вчителя до виховання підлітків із низьким статусом в учнівському колективі

Abstract

У дисертації розглянуто проблеми підготовки майбутнього вчителя до виховання підлітків з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі. Розкрито ключові поняття досліджуваної проблеми: «підліток з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі», готовність майбутнього вчителя до роботи з цією категорією підлітків, висвітлено стан підготовки майбутнього фахівця до даного напряму виховання, визначено критерії, показники та рівні готовності до виховання підлітків з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі, розроблено професійну модель підготовки майбутнього вчителя до виховання підлітків з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі. У дисертаційному дослідженні визначено, обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови підготовки майбутнього вчителя до виховання підлітків з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі, а також запропоновано практичні рекомендації для підвищення ефективності цього процесу у професійній підготовці.

В диссертации рассмотрены проблемы подготовки будущего учителя к воспитанию подростков с низким статусом в ученическом коллективе. Раскрыто ключевые понятия исследуемой проблемы: «подросток с низким статусом в коллективе», готовность будущего учителя к работе с этой категорией подростков, освещены состояние подготовки будущего специалиста к данному направлению воспитания, определены критерии, показатели и уровни их готовности к воспитанию подростков с низким статусом в коллективе, разработана профессиональная модель подготовки будущего учителя к воспитанию подростков с низким статусом в коллективе. Определены, обоснованы и экспериментально проверены педагогические условия подготовки будущего учителя к воспитанию подростков с низким статусом в коллективе, а также предложены практические рекомендации для повышения эффективности этого процесса в профессиональной подготовке.

The dissertation considers the problems of preparation of the future teacher for education of teenagers with low status in the student body. The key concepts of the researched problem are revealed: "the teenager with low status in student's collective", readiness of the future teacher to work with this category of teenagers, the state of preparation of the future specialist for the given direction of education is covered, criteria, indicators and levels of their readiness for education of teenagers with low status in student's collective are defined, the professional model of preparation of the future teacher for education of teenagers with low status is developed. in the student body. The pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future teacher for education of teenagers with low status in the student body are defined, substantiated and experimentally checked: actualization of professional motivation of future teachers to educate adolescents with low status in the student body; activation of cognitive activity of students by creating in the educational process of professionally-oriented situations that reflect the peculiarities of the education of adolescents of low status in the student body; the use of technology of psychological and pedagogical support in the preparation of future teachers for the education of low-status adolescents in the student body and also practical recommendations for increase of efficiency of this process in professional training are offered. The course of the final experiment was carried out in three stages, which provided a test of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions. The first stage − motivational-cognitive (initial) − is aimed at developing the motivational component of the future teacher's readiness to work with low-status adolescents, and therefore the purpose, objectives, content, forms and methods of this stage of the experiment contributed to students' interest, interest, desire, solution problems related to low status in the student body. Activity-practical (main) stage of the experiment involved improving the knowledge, skills of future teachers on the issue of low status of adolescents in the student body, effective forms and methods of cooperation with this category of adolescents, methods of diagnosing the student body, ways to create a positive microclimate in the student environment, as well as the development of practical skills (diagnostic, prognostic, organizational, communicative, reflective). The basis of the control-regulatory stage (final) was the improvement of personal professional qualities of the future teacher, in particular: tolerance, friendliness, decency, pedagogical tact, democratic style of communication, purposefulness, confidence, determination. This was facilitated by a number of classes aimed at the formation of external and internal equipment of the future specialist.
