Abstract
У статті висвітлено теоретико-методичні аспекти проектної технології й особливості її упровадження в біоетичну підготовку майбутніх фельдшерів у медичних коледжах. Обґрунтовано метод проектів як один із ефективних методів формування професійних компетентностей та особистісних якостей майбутнього фельдшера, що дозволяє розв’язати конкретну біоетичну проблему внаслідок самостійних дій студентів із обов’язковою презентацією результатів. Наголошено про необхідність впровадження методу проектів у навчання з метою підвищення мотивації та якості освіти, розкриття індивідуальних можливостей майбутніх фельдшерів в освоєнні нових і застосуванні одержаних знань.
The article deals with theoretical and methodical aspects of project technology and peculiarities of its implementation into bioethical training of future nurse practitioners at medical colleges. The project method is proved to be one of the most efficient ones in developing professional competencies and personal skills of the future nurse practitioner and allows solving the bioethical issues as a result of students’ individual activity including obligatory presentation of the results. The necessity to implement project method in the curriculum in order to boost motivation and quality of education, open individual possibilities of future nurse practitioners in grasping and using obtained knowledge was emphasized. It was shown that the project method encompasses the development of cognitive skills, the ability to independently form their professional knowledge and navigate in the mass media sphere, development of critical and creative thinking. The project method is a joint activity of a lecturer and a student aimed at looking for the solution for the field issue that appeared. The solution for it lies in the implementation of the project methodology into the curriculum at the medical college that would lead to an increase in the amount of research activity of future nurse practitioners in the educational process. The key point here is not a “global” breakthrough but mastering the research work by the student, ability to navigate in the vast world of information, work in a team and individually, develop a personal opinion, present the results of work. The developing method of cooperation during project activity is aimed at nurse practitioners obtaining the experience of joint actions during organisation of and planning cognitive activity, formulation and solving educational tasks, modelling the ways of obtaining and processing information. Studying with using project method, students decide on the sequence of nurse practitioner’s actions at non-typical situations, acquire a skill to make decisions, analyse their actions, develop the abilities to organise joint activity based on the principles of cooperation.
