Особливості акультурації та інкультурації як елементів системи соціально-педагогічного супроводу іноземного студента

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання важливості дослідження акультурації та інкультурації у процесі адаптаційної підготовки іноземного студента в рамках системи соціально-педагогічного супроводу. Зазначено, що проведення аналізу науково-педагогічної, соціологічної та психологічної літератури, в якій вченими проводиться дослідження особливостей та принципів впливу на особистість іноземного студента акультурації та інкультурації, є необхідним елементом створення та подальшої модернізації повноцінного підготовчого комплексу соціально-педагогічного супроводу. У рамках статті розглянуто погляди вчених на адаптацію (складовими частинами якої виступають акультурація та інкультурація) як процес інтерактивного характеру, згідно з яким його учасниками стають безпосередньо й іноземні студенти (адаптуються до нових культурних норм), і представники приймаючої країни (адаптуються до культурних принципів представника іншого соціокультурного простору). Надано трактування явищу інтеграції через акультурацію в якості не тільки проведення взаємодії з представниками приймаючої країни з боку іноземного студента, а й саме дослідження ним культурних відмінностей, що дозволяє проводити інтеграцію в нове суспільство через інкультураційний процес.

The article deals with the importance of acculturation and enculturation study in the process of foreign student adaptation within the framework of the system of social and pedagogical support. The process of scientific, pedagogical, sociological and psychological literature analyses (in which scientists study the features and principles of acculturation and enculturation influence on the foreign student personality) is a necessary element of creating and further modernization the complete preparatory complex of social and pedagogical support. The article examines the views of scholars on the adaptation question (the key components of which are acculturation and enculturation) as a process of interactive character, but also, its participants include foreign students (that adapt to new cultural forms) and persons of adopting country (that adapt to cultural principles of a person from another sociocultural space). The directions of personal changes during the adapting process are considered, such as: change of relationships, change of values, change of identity. An interpretation of a phenomenon of integration through acculturation is given not only in the sense of interaction with persons of adopting country from the side of foreign students, but also the study, by him, the cultural differences, that allows to conduct the integration to a new society through enculturation process. The formulas of adaptive interaction are analyzed, among them acculturation-enculturation, enculturation-acculturation, acculturation (with elements of enculturation) – enculturation. The main levels of acculturation and enculturation (integration, assimilation, separation and marginalization) are explored. In the article we presented a conclusion that adaptation training is not a separate subject, it has the directs connections with the fields of psychology, linguistics, cultural studies, ect. Recently, there is an increasing number of studies, aimed at the considering of the methodology of social and pedagogical support because adaptational measures contribute to the formation of better interpersonal interaction skills with representatives of other cultures. In conclusion, we come to a point that before considering the system of social and pedagogical support, it is necessary to consider the origins of the basic concepts, which allow to analyze, and design above characteristics.
