Abstract
У статті представлено основні методологічні підходи, використання яких є основою для вирішення наукового завдання щодо формування професійно-етичної компетентності майбутніх лікарів у медичних університетах. Методологічний концепт провідної ідеї передбачає формування професійно-етичної компетентності майбутніх лікарів на засадах системного, особистісно орієнтованого, діяльнісного, компетентнісного, аксіологічного, цивілізаційно-середовищного, культурологічного, професіографічного, контекстного, історико-логічного, інтегративного і рефлексивного підходів. Однак провідними є системний і компетентнісний (як різновид діяльнісного) підходи.
The article draws on the main methodological approaches, which application is the basis for solving the scientific task to form the future doctors’ professional and ethical competence at medical universities. The generalization of future doctors’ modern training trends for their professional activity in the leading countries of the world and in Ukraine in the context of the professional and ethical competence formation, the familiarization with the scientific achievement results of the scientists and with the students' training practical experience at medical universities made it possible to identify a number of contradictions that are noticeable in the educational process of higher medical educational institutions.The contradictions can be solved through the rationale of the conceptual foundations and the development of the scientific and methodological foundations for the future doctors’ professional and ethical competence formation at higher medical educational institutions. The conceptual basics reveal the methodological, theoretical and methodological-technological concepts of the research main idea. The methodological concept should reflect the fundamental philosophical and pedagogical ideas, i.e. anthropocentrism, philosophy of education, principles of humanism, socio-cultural development of society, since doctors’ activities are aimed at preserving human life and health. Anthropocentrism, principles of humanism, socio-cultural development of society are the key points in the professional and ethical competence formation, as they reflect the gronds of the vocational aptitude of a doctor. In addition to the original philosophical provisions, the methodological concept reflects the interconnection and interaction of various scientific approaches. In the study, we keep to the idea that the future physicians’ professional and ethical competence formation should be implemented with consideration for the provisions of the systemic, personality oriented, activity based, competence, axiological, civilizational-environmental, cultural, professiographical, contextual, historical-logical, integrative and reflexive approaches. However, the leading approaches are the systemic and competent (as a kind of activity) ones.
