Abstract
У статті розкрито актуальність проблеми розвитку соціальної компетентності студентів членів студентського самоврядування. Наголошено на тому, що суспільство потребує компетентних та активних фахівців, здатних самостійно приймати рішення, здатних запропонувати нестандартні ідеї та вести оточуючих за собою. Соціальна компетентність є важливим компонентом у структурі лідерської позиції молодих людей. Розглянуто можливість розвитку соціальної компетентності членів студентського самоврядування за допомогою соціально-психологічного тренінгу. З’ясовано, що тренінги соціальної компетентності спрямовані на: набуття стратегій конструктивної поведінки (тренінг упевненості в собі); розвиток умінь самовиховання; формування вмінь самоконтролю; вироблення навичок позитивної поведінки; підвищення стресостійкості та зміцнення психічного здоров'я.
The article reveals the urgency of the problem of developing social competence of students members of student government. It is emphasized that the society needs competent and active specialists, able to make independent decisions, able to offer non-standard ideas and lead others around. Social competence is an important component in the structure of young people's leadership position. The possibility of developing the social competence of members of student government through socio-psychological training is considered. It was found that socio-psychological training of social competence of members of student government is aimed at: acquiring strategies of constructive behavior (self-confidence training); development of self-education skills; formation of self-control skills; developing skills of positive behavior; increase stress resistance and strengthen mental health. It is established that the use of training work, interactive methods of education in the process of student self-government is designed to promote the formation of such professional and personally significant qualities-components of social competence of the future specialist as the ability to work «in a team»; the ability to listen to the opinions of opponents during creative activities and adequately perceive it; combining the attitude to the mistakes of others as «growth points» with a high level of personal responsibility for the results of «team» activities; possession of pedagogical reflection and empathy; the desire to master modern pedagogical technologies and the ability to use appropriate and creative modern information technologies. It is generalized that socio-psychological training is not training in the usual sense of the word, not the development of any specific skills, but active socio-psychological training in order to form competence, activity and increase the level of development of future professionals as a socio-psychological object.
