Abstract
Статтю присвячено розгляду особливостей розвитку системи професійної підготовки фахівців фізичного виховання в Австрії в період націонал-соціалізму. У результаті дослідження з’ясовано соціальні, освітні, наукові передумови її функціонування у зазначений період. Розглянуто специфіку структурно-організаційної розбудови та морально-етичні засади професійної освіти фахівців з фізичного виховання на теренах тогочасної Австрії. Представлено зміст та обсяг науково-теоретичної та професійно-практичної підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури в інститутах фізичного виховання. Зміст навчальних курсів повинен бути орієнтованим на безпосередні проблеми і питання професійної діяльності вчителя фізичної культури, ідеї і принципи фізичного виховання в контексті загальної націонал-соціалістичної освіти, біологія та гігієна фізичних вправ, організація фізичного виховання і шкільних і позашкільних установах.
The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of the development of the system of professional training of specialists in the field of physical education in Austria during the period of national socialism. The accession of Austria to the German Reich in March 1938 led to a complete reorganization of all spheres of Austrian society in accordance with the norms and canons of the totalitarian Nazi regime. The system of education, including physical education, was no exception. It is known that sports and physical culture were considered by representatives of national socialism as one of the core translators of the relevant ideology and advocacy tools. The physical health of the nation, the full development of the physical forces of young generations, were determined as the decisive preconditions for the realization of the goals of this political regime. Social, educational, scientific conditions of physical education and sport system development were clarified and analyzed. The peculiarities of structural and organizational training of specialists in physical education in Austria have been considered. The content and volume of the scientific, theoretical and professional, practical training of future teachers of physical culture in the institution of physical education have been presented. Special emphasis was given to the role of a teacher of physical culture, whose professional activity involved the implementation of a complex of educational influences on the student, in particular his physical condition, worldview, character, etc. The teacher of physical culture should take care of the development of the physical capacities of the pupils, to ensure the formation of their physical ability and moral readiness for further service, to encourage sports activity in extracurricular time, and to take an active part in the activities of professional and public organizations.
