Методологія безперервної освіти та її вплив на процедуру підвищення кваліфікації вчителів

Abstract

У статті висвітлено поняття формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти, їхню взаємодію в контексті підвищення кваліфікації вчителів. Формальна освіта охоплює традиційний академічний підхід до навчання, неформальна освіта висвітлює особливості навчання поза межами закладу освіти, а інформальна освіта має на меті саморозвиток та навчання шляхом набуття власного досвіду. У статті досліджено методологію безперервної освіти крізь призму застосування різних форм освіти для досягнення більшої ефективності в процесі підвищення кваліфікації вчителів. Зауважено про забезпечення самовдосконалення вчителів як ключового елемента успішного професійного розвитку. Розглянуто важливість інтеграції методології безперервної освіти в загальну систему підвищення кваліфікації вчителів.

The article analyzes the methodology of continuous education and its influence on the procedure of improving the qualifications of teachers in the modern educational environment. The essence and significance of continuous education and its relation to the professional development of teachers are highlighted. The key aspects of the methodology of continuous education are studied in the context of the implementation of formal, informal and informal education. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of continuous education, reveals the role and significance of this approach in improving the quality of education and upbringing in modern educational institutions. The growing complexity of the educational process requires pedagogical personnel to constantly update their knowledge and skills, as well as adapt to the changing demands of society and technology. The influence of continuous education on increasing the professional competence of teachers, their motivation for self-development and improvement of pedagogical practice is also studied. Innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies are being studied, which contribute to ensuring a stable process of improving the qualifications of teachers. The article highlights the concepts of formal, informal and informal education and their interaction in the context of teacher training.
