Використання цифрових технологій у закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання цифровізації освіти та технологій її впровадження у ЗВО. У першу чергу, зазначимо, що основою освітнього процесу є оволодіння змістом навчання та на його основі впровадження освітніх технологій, методики навчання. Особливу роль у цьому процесі відіграють інноваційні технології навчання. Зокрема, здійснення змішаного навчання з використанням онлайн технологій. Важливу роль відіграє реалізація мотивації до навчання, тому що в основі її лежить самостійна робота здобувачів вищої освіти. Нині значного поширення набуло дуальне навчання, що здійснюється у ЗВО за певними моделями і технологіями. Прикладами такого навчання може служити дуальне навчання в Німеччині. Проте, кожна країна має певну специфіку його здійснення. Важливо, щоб студенти володіли технологіями реалізації практичної діяльності, навичками роботи в мережі, комунікативними навичками. Отже, в основі реалізації цифровізації освіти лежить використання ІКТ в освітньому процесі та використання інформаційно-освітнього середовища, його якісного наповнення онлайн-курсами. Це надає можливість кожному навчатись за бажанням, власним темпом, у будь-який час. Нині у світі є значна кількість масових відкри-тих онлайн-курсів, що робить процес навчання на них потребою кожного фахівця. Усе вищезазначене висуває проблему необхідності підготовки педагогічних працівників щодо такої діяльності, відбувається процес зміни парадигми підготовки викладачів, які будуть здатні працювати у цифровій освіті з використанням відкритого освітнього середовища та відповідних технологій навчання. Це і зумовлює потребу в сучасних умовах на ринку праці фахівців, які мають значний рівень інформованості та здатності опановувати нові знання, розв’язувати професійні задачі.

The article considers the issue of digitalization of education and implementation technologies in higher education. First of all, it follows that the basis of the educational process is the mastery of the content of education and its basis for the introduction of educational technologies, teaching methods. Innovative learning technologies play a special role in this process. In particular, the implementation of blended learning using online technologies. An important role is played by the implementation of motivation to learn, because it is based on the independent work of learners. Nowadays, dual training, which is carried out in the Free Economic Zone according to certain models and technologies, has become widespread. Examples of such training are dual training in Germany. But each country has a certain specificity of its implementation. It is important that students have the technology to implement practical activities, networking skills, communication skills. Thus, the implementation of digitalization of education is based on the use of ICT in the educational process and the use of information and educational environment, its quality content of online courses. This gives everyone the opportunity to learn at will, at their own pace, at any time. Today, there are a large number of mass open online courses in the world, which makes the learning process a necessity for every specialist. All of the above raises the problem of the need to train teachers for such activities, etc. there is a process of changing the paradigm of training teachers who will be able to work in digital education using an open educational environment and appropriate learning technologies. This presupposes the need in modern conditions on the labor market for specialists who have a significant level of awareness and ability to acquire new knowledge and solve professional problems.
