Abstract
У статті розглянуто стратегічні перспективи соціальної роботи в сучасних реаліях соціалізаційних процесів; показано пріоритети особистісно-професійного становлення майбутніх соціальних працівників; узагальнено та інтерпретовано результати проведених експериментальних досліджень, що виявили проблемні сегменти процесу формування професійно значущих якостей майбутніх фахівців; описано приклади корекційних процедур, які орієнтовані на самодіагностику та вироблення навичок конструктивної комунікації в межах превентивних стратегій.
The strategic policy of state and non-state institutions in the modern realities of socialization processes between different age, ethnic, professional groups is aimed at preventive influence as a model of protection and promotion of full-fledged personal development. Social work as a social phenomenon is a kind of standard of social assistance. As a professional activity, social work is aimed at meeting the needs of individuals or groups, and ultimately – to achieve that they will be able to solve their own problems. The competence of a social worker presupposes an organic unity of personal characteristics, activities and communication, which allows to solve strategic tasks and those of daily practice at a high professional level. Creating an effective communication system is one of the most pressing issues in the professional activities of social workers, as they have to work with different social groups, including a large group with deviant behavior. Establishing contact with such persons requires considerable effort from the social worker combined with trusting relationships and positive emotions. Successful professional development involves self-diagnosis of professionally significant qualities. For this purpose, the methods of self-analysis of people's own shortcomings, which are obstacles to the personal development of future social workers, were used and a system of corrective procedures was developed.
