Abstract
У статті розглядається професійна підготовка майбутніх учителів як система педагогічних заходів, що забезпечують формування професійної спрямованості особистості через зміст освіти та набуття відповідних умінь та навичок, тобто професійної готовності до педагогічної діяльності. Акцентується увага на тому, що професійна підготовка – це освітній процес, у якому студент і викладач мають можливість самореалізуватися. Професійна підготовка передбачає формування змісту освіти відповідно до суспільних новацій із застосуванням персоналізованих технологій та критеріїв рівня готовності майбутнього вчителя до професійної педагогічної діяльності.
In the article, the author considers professional training in the aspect of its pedagogical support, focuses on the content of education, which includes acquaintance with scientific bases and technologies of pedagogical activity, formation of person’s moral qualities for the necessary work in the chosen sphere of activity. The author notes that professional training is interpreted as a set of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, personal qualities, creative experience that provide effective professional activity. The article considers the professional training of future teachers as a system of pedagogical activities that ensure the formation of professional orientation of the individual through the content of education and the acquisition of relevant skills, professional readiness for teaching. Emphasis is placed on the fact that professional training is an educational process in which students and teachers have the opportunity to realize themselves. Vocational training involves the formation of the content of education in accordance with social innovations with the use of personalized technologies and because of criteria for assessing the level of readiness of future teachers for professional teaching. There are such basic approaches to understanding the physical education teachers training as ensuring a quality level of training in a pedagogical educational institution; an important component of the professional activity of the future physical education teacher; integrative personal characteristics of the specialist in the system of his professionally important qualities that determine the success of the professional activity of the future teacher. The article names the stages of preparation of future teachers of physical culture: the formation of positive motivation for future teaching; acquisition of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities of professional activity of future teachers of physical culture; formation of readiness for professional activity of future teachers as a holistic state of personality.
