Формування професійної іншомовної підготовки майбутніх фахівців готельно-ресторанної справи

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз наукової та методичної літератури з формування професійної іншомовної готовності студентів-аграріїв засобами інформаційно-комунікативних технологій. Виявлено переваги та дидактико-методичний потенціал ІКТ у формуванні професійної іншомовної готовності студентів-аграріїв.

В статье осуществлен анализ научной и методической литературы по формированию профессиональной иноязычной готовности студентов-аграриев средствами информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Выявлены преимущества и дидактико-методический потенциал ИКТ в формировании профессиональной иноязычной готовности студентов-аграриев.

The scientific and methodological literature on the formation of the professional foreign language readiness of student-agrarians by means of information and communication technologies are analysed in the article. The advantages as well as the didactic-methodical potential of ICT in the formation of professional foreign-language readiness of students-agrarians are revealed in the article. It is noted that the effective formation of the professional foreign language readiness of students of agricultural universities can be ensured by creating necessary favourable conditions for self-realization, self-development of a particular person, activating the intellectual direction of personality development. The concept and the conditions for the formation of readiness of the professional foreign language communication are defined. The stages of preparation of students for the implementation of information and communication technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language of professional orientation are considered. The expediency of the use of methods of “educational podcasts”, "Case-study" and "Professional dossier" as methods of teaching a foreign language in higher agricultural educational institutions is determined.
