Розкриття суті та умов формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів туризму

Abstract

У статті розглянуто дослідження вченими-педагогами суті поняття професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців. На їхніх основі виокремлено провідні компоненти фахової компетентності. Проаналізовано педагогічні умови впливу на професійну підготовку фахівців у вищих навчальних закладах. Доведено ефективність таких умов у процесі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів туризму.

The article deals with the research of the scientists-pedagogues concerning the essence of the concept professional competence of the future experts. Based on the analysis of the above studies, it should be emphasized that the scientists focused mainly on the structure of professional competence. Thus, the guiding components of professional competence are considered to be: education in a particular professional sphere, experience of effective and creative application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, personal and professional qualities allowing respecting an expert, taking his opinion into account, ability to perform self-education and self-development. The pedagogical conditions of influence on professional training of experts in higher educational institutions are analyzed. As a conclusion they are: 1) the implementation of interdisciplinary integration of general education and professional disciplines on the basis of activity and competence approaches; 2) the organization of the subject-subjective interaction of students and teachers on the basis of a person-oriented approach providing motivational orientation of training, self-realization of the student's personality, stimulation of his self-education; 3) the use of means of innovative information and communication technology training, involving dialoguing, professional and communicative orientation process of training, the use of role-play games, professional simulation situations, problematic and creative tasks.The effectiveness of these conditions in the process of formation of professional competence of future tourism managers is proved. The final result of professional training is often checked by the indicators of the following criteria: 1) motivational (value orientations of the person, self-consciousness, etc.); 2) cognitive (knowledge, skills and abilities of professional orientation); 3) activity (communicativeness, mobility). The conclusions made formed theoretical basis for further modelling of the process of professional competence formation of future tourism managers.
