Abstract
Currently, there are processes which not only improve the quality of life and social integration of people with disabilities, but also overcome stereotypes and attitudes of former stereotyped attitudes towards this category of persons, which prevent them from acquiring equal rights, taking place around the world. People with disabilities are becoming active members of the society, the number of public organizations protecting the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities is constantly increasing, and awareness-raising and educational projects are being implemented on non-discriminatory treatment of persons with disabilities. Our state is gradually moving from a medical model of perception of persons with disabilities to social inclusion, which involves changing approaches to all aspects of the life of persons with disabilities. Currently, inclusive education is being actively implemented in Ukraine at all levels of the educational process. Inclusive education creates opportunities for the formation of the new philosophy of social inclusion in children since childhood, which further forms the motivation for equality. Playing on equal footing, learning on equal footing, building your own country on equal footing. This process needs time, effort on all sides of socio-political life and the desire to get to know people with disabilities. The article analyzes the associations and arbitrary characteristics of persons with disabilities on the basis of the questionnaire data of the initial survey of police officers and judges, which clarifies the typical differences between the conscious and the unconscious attitude of police officers and judges to such persons; The psychosocial picture of respondents' attitudes towards persons with disabilities is defined and graphically depicted by the four main metacategories: comfort, calmness, easyness and confidence. It is proved that representatives of both areas of legal protection of persons with disabilities have their own deontological specificity, which is manifested in different risk of handicap.
