Номінаційні процеси в мікрогідронімії Вінниччини: відгідронімні похідні

Abstract

У статті йдеться про місце мікрогідронімів у гідронімній системі окремої історично-географічної території, зокрема Вінниччини. Сфера поширення мікрогідронімів дуже вузька, має локальний характер, оскільки вони функціонують на незначній території і серед невеликої кількості мовців. Географічна локалізація гідрообʼєктів відповідає сучасному адміністративно-територіальному устрою населених пунктів області. Матеріалом дослідження послужили здебільшого експедиційні (польові) записи мікрогідронімів та анкетування. Серед топонімічних досліджень важливе місце посідає вивчення водних назв, які створюють одну з найглибинніших закодованих інформативних систем, саме тому для аналізу ми запропонували відгідронімні похідні, які є продуктивним типом у досліджуваному мікрогідроніміконі.

В статье рассматриваются микрогидронимы в гидронимной системе отдельной историческо-географической территории, в частности Винниччины. Сфера распространения очень узкая, имеет локальный характер, поскольку они функционируют на незначительной территории и среди небольшого количества говорящих. Географическая локализация гидрообъектов соответствует настоящему административно-территориальному строю населения области. Материалом для исследования использованы экспедиционные (полевые) записи микрогидронимов, а также анкетирование. Среди топонимических исследований важное место занимает изучение водних названий, которые создают одну из глубочайших закодированных информационных систем, поэтому для анализа мы предложили отгидронимические производные, которые являються продуктивным типом исследованного микрогидронимикона.

The article analyzes the place of microhydronyms in the hydronic system of a separate historical and geographic area, in particular, of the Vinnytsia region. The area of the distribution of microhydrononyms is narrow and it has local character, since they function in a small area and among a small number of speakers. Geographic localization of hydroobjects corresponds with the present administrative and territorial system of localities of the region. The studies of water names, which create one of the most deep information systems, have the main place among toponymic research papers. That is why for the analysis we have suggested the hydrology derivatives, which are productive types in the analyzed microhydronymicon. The names of the inactive waters of Ukraine have not been adequately studied in contrast to hydronyms. The number of inactive waters’ names is significantly reduced or forgotten. Therefore, the question of the scientific comprehension of this sphere of hydronymic lexis, which is preserved in the oral speech of the population and is a sufficiently significant source of the history of the region, is actual. Today we have «Dictionary of microhydronyms of Ukraine: Volyn, Zhytomyr region, Zaporizhia, Kyiv region, Kirovograd region, Poltava region, Cherkassy region» (Comp. I. M. Zheleznyak and others; red. O. P. Karpenko, 2004), «Dictionary of microtoponyms and microhydronyms of northwestern Ukraine and adjacent areas» (T. 1. / Comp. G. L. Arkushyn, 2006), and «Dictionary of microhydronyms of the Vinnytsia region» (Comp. N. M. Pavlykivska, 2014). The purpose of the research is to study the microhydronyms’ nomination processes of the Vinnytsia region, in particular, the names of the derivatives based on hydrology. The objects of the research are names of lakes, bogs, artificial reservoirs, wells, peat bogs, and valleys of the Vinnytsia region. Considering that, the collection of material was carried out since the end of the 20th century, and it was significantly supplemented with new nomenclatures of inactive waters from the beginning of the 21st century. The microhydronymic material, in particular, the derivatives based on hydrology, is analyzed in the lexico-semantic aspect. This method is of great importance for linguistics, and it provides valuable material for clarifying the basic principles of a toponymic nomination and the character and volume of the toponymic vocabulary. One of the semantic subgroups of onomastic derivatives constitute microhydronyms which are derived from other hydronomic names. The phenomenon of transhydronimization is fairly common in the Vinnytsia region. The basis for the derivatives based on hydrology was a fairly large water arteries. The names of them are preserved for many years in contrast to microhydronyms. The analysis of the arteries allows us to talk about the distant past, about the long-standing contacts and migrations of people, and about the features of ethnogenesis. As shown in the research, the majority of microhydronymic nominations has a semantic connection with the new river names of the Slavic origin. The derivatives based on hydrology are observed in Barskiy, Kalynivskiy, Khmelnytskiy and Shargorodskiy districts more often; and they have analogues in other territories of Ukraine.
