Сутність понять «мораль» і «воля», особливості їх виховання та самовиховання

Abstract

В статті здійснено аналіз понять «мораль» і «воля» в контексті дослідження педагогічних умов виховання морально-вольових якостей підлітків в процесі позашкільної роботи з фізичної культури. Акцентується увага на тому, що виховання особистості не буде успішним без формування і розвитку її моральних і вольових якостей, а отже без задіяння її духовної на вольової сфер, без забезпечення балансу між ними. Усвідомлення та внутрішнє прийняття духовних законів робить людину стійкою, сильною і допомагає здобути владу над собою. На основі аналізу наукових джерел з проблем моралі, морального і вольового виховання доведено, що логіка їх засвоєння відбувається таким чином: 1) зовнішні впливи, що реалізуються на основі інформації і поведінки педагога мають бути такими, щоб забезпечити їх сприйняття і усвідомлення; 2) це створює «зелене світло» для їх переходу у внутрішній план особистості підлітка, розширення та поглиблення його морального досвіду (моральних почуттів, переконань, орієнтацій та способів поведінки); 3) в результаті відбувається формування внутрішніх мотивів, прийняття рішень і моральний вибір особистістю способів подальшої поведінки. Сформовані моральні якості стають регулятором поведінки людини. Воля людини виражається в тому, наскільки вона здатна переборювати перешкоди та труднощі на шляху до мети, наскільки здатна керувати своєю поведінкою, підпорядковувати свою діяльність певним задачам. У статті стверджується, що вольові якості відіграють особливу роль, тому що вирішення проблеми їх розвитку у сукупності з моральними якостями потребує неабиякої цілеспрямованості, наполегливості, сміливості, рішучості, самостійності, емоційної стійкості, самовладання та витримки, здатності до подолання внутрішніх і зовнішніх перешкод на шляху до досягнення цілей.

The article analyzes the concepts of "morality" and "will" in the context of the study of pedagogical conditions for the education of moral and volitional qualities of adolescents in the process of extracurricular work on physical education. Attention is focused on the fact that personality education will not be successful without the formation and development of its moral and volitional qualities, and therefore without the involvement of its spiritual and volitional spheres, without ensuring a balance between them. Awareness and internal acceptance of spiritual laws makes a person stable, strong and helps to gain power over oneself. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources on the problems of morality, moral and voluntary education, we came to the conclusion that the logic of their assimilation occurs as follows: 1) external influences implemented on the basis of information and behavior of the teacher should be such as to ensure their perception and awareness; 2) this creates a "green light" for their transition into the internal plan of the adolescent's personality, expansion and deepening of his moral experience (moral feelings, beliefs, orientations and ways of behavior); 3) as a result, the formation of internal motives, decision-making and moral choice by the individual occurs ways of further behavior. Formed moral qualities become a regulator of human behavior. The will of a person is expressed in how much he is able to overcome obstacles and difficulties on the way to the goal, how much he is able to manage his behavior, subordinate his activity to certain tasks. Will qualities play a special role, because solving the problem of their development in combination with moral qualities requires great determination, perseverance, courage, determination, independence, emotional stability, self-control and endurance, the ability to overcome internal and external obstacles on the way to achieving goals.
