Rugby players of the junior team of the sports club KhTZ (16-17 years old) took part in the study (n=20). The experiment was conducted in September 2017 in the preparatory period at the stage of specialized basic training.To determine the psychophysiological state of athletes in the first and last week of the experiment, psychophysiological indices were recorded using the computer program "Psychodiagnostics". There are 4 factors in the structure of athletes' preparedness - representatives of team contact game sports (on the example of rugby): "The ability to quickly become involved in work", "Special performance", "Mental stability," The ability to adapt". The models of multiple linear regression between results in running at 400 m for athletes - representatives of contact command game sports are drawn up. The most influential indicators for the special (anaerobic-glycolytic) performance of athletes were determined based on the results in running at 400 m: running at 3 km, running at 30 m, time of a simple visual-motor reaction, working time on the second table in the Schulte test. Material and methods.Participants: 24 volleyball players from the Municipal Institution "Complex Children's and Youth Sports School No. 8 (14 16 years); 12 athletes entered the control group, 12 in the experimental group. The experiment was conducted during 3 month in the preparatory period at the stage of basic training of the third year of training. The experimental group trained with a coordinating ladder. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, psychophysiological testing was conducted. The following tests were used: the parameters of a simple and complex reaction in various modes of signal feeding, indicators of efficiency and the nervous system were determined. Intergroup and intra group differences in the tests were determined. Results.The construction of a training and training process in volleyball with the use of a coordination ladder with a rapid change in the type of activity had a positive effect on the psychophysiological state of volleyball players. At the representatives of the experimental group in the test "The response of choice, the number of errors" the result significantly improved (p<0.001). After the experiment, the control and experimental groups began to differ reliably among themselves. Similar data were obtained in the tests "Response time of choice in the feedback mode" and "Mental stability according to the Schulte test". The obtained data testify to the advisability of using a coordination ladder with the subsequent performance of another kind of activity as an attacking blow and receiving the ball from the bottom in the training of young volleyball players to optimize the psychophysiological state. Conclusions.The method of application of the coordination (high speed) ladder is developed. It requires the introduction into the system of preparation of a complex of recovery the physical capacity. The study put forward the hypothesis that the use of fitness aerobics as a means of recovery will positively affect the level of functional capabilities, general and special physical fitness of volleyball players 16-17 years old. Aim of Study. The purpose of the work is to experimentally substantiate the use of fitness with elements of aerobics as a means of recovery physical performance in the training process of volleyball players of 16-17 years (boys and girls). Material and Methods. The study involved athletes engaged in volleyball at The Dvorichansky youth and children’s club of physical training “Youth” of the Kharkiv region, in the number of 30 boys and 30 girls (age 16-17 years). Both teams are silver winners of the championship of the Kharkiv region volleyball season 2016- -2017 years. The study was conducted from September 2016 to May 2017. During nine months during the regenerative periods, athletes were engaged in fitness with elements of aerobics with a fitness trainer. Duration of lessons was 40 minutes. Lessons were held 2 times a week in the last week of each month. Results. It is established that it is advisable to organize muscular activity, taking into account its directed influence on the body, that involves management of physical capacity and recovery processes. It has been shown that for athletes of 16-17 years of age, it is necessary to use special recovery cycles with a wide inclusion of recovery means with the transition to other types of physical exercises. The effectiveness of the dosed monthly application of aerobics as a means of restoring the efficiency of young volleyball players is substantiated. The developed method positively influences both girls and boys. However, under the influence of the developed technique, the girls improve their recovery. This can be explained by the fact that girls are more emotional, so the use of aerobics with music has a more significant impact on on their body. Conclusion. Conducting fitness classes with elements of aerobics in the training process of young volleyball players helps to recovery physical performance, increases the level of physical fitness and improves the functionality of athletes. The developed method positively influences both girls and boys. Under the influence of the developed technique, the girls improve their recovery.Item Влияние психофизиологических показателей на результат бега на 200 м. у спринтеров высокой квалификации с нарушением зрения на примере элитной спортсменки(ТОВ «Планер», 2018) Чайка, Елена; Chaika, Elena; Козина, Жаннета; Kozina, ZhannetaЦель работы – ввыявить влияние психофизиологических факторов на индивидуальную результативность в легкоатлетическом спринте у атлетов высокой квалификации с нарушением зрения на примере элитной спортсменки. Материал и методы. Участники. В исследовании приняла участие спортсменка высокой квалификации, специализируется в беге на короткие дистанции и прыжках в длину среди спортсменов с нарушениями зрения (категория T12). Ход исследования. Были проанализированы индивидуальные особенности психофизиологического состояния и результаты в беге на 200 м в течение пяти месяцев. Результаты. Составлены модели множественной линейной регрессии между результатами в беге на 200 м у элитной спортсменки с нарушением зрения и психофизиологическими показателями. Показана высокая значимость психофизиологических показателей в индивидуальной результативности в беге на 200 м. Разработана теоретическая концепция регуляции скорости бега нервной системой у спортсменов с нарушением зрительной функции. Выводы. Выявлены компенсаторные механизмы недостаточности зрительной функции для поддержания высокой скорости в беге на 200 м в качестве психофизиологических функций: показатели, характерные для спринтеров (скорость простой реакции и подвижность нервной системы) и специфические показатели (работоспособность, сила нервной системы)
