The article highlights the value of the didactic game in the implementation of the educational function of the lesson of mathematics in elementary school. The important role is played by the didactic games at the lessons of mathematics, which revolve collectivism in children, the ability to express one's opinion, to be absorbed, to be independent in expressing one's thoughts and so on.
