The contribution of T. Mattea, F. Buzzoni, K.Martinsen, I.Hofman, G.Kogan to the formation of the theory and method of instrumental learning was noted. The aesthetic priorities, features of modern teaching methods are considered in which the artistic and creative development of future performers is associated with the development of imagination, imagination, intuition, and inspiration. In this case, an important role is given to improving the technical skill of the artist.
