Вдосконалення змісту курсової роботи з навчальної дисципліни "Робочі машини" для майбутніх учителів технологій

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано потребу внесення змін до структури і змісту курсової роботи з навчальної дисци пліни «Робочі машини» для майбутніх учителів технологій. Вперше розкрита можливість формування загально го уявлення студентів про машину на основі використання у функціональному описі редуктора інформації про базові технічні явища робочих машин. Сутність характеру вдосконалення структури і змісту курсової роботи з навчальної дисципліни «Робочі машини» розкрита на основі аналізу мети машинознавчої підготовки студентів як компонента їхньої фахової компетентності. Висвітлено протиріччя між фактичним змістом завдань курсо вої роботи, на основі яких формується конструкторська компетентність студентів із машинобудування та її нерелевантністю щодо змісту фахової діяльності майбутнього вчителя технологій. Основна ідея запропонова них змін структури і змісту курсової роботи з навчальної дисципліни «Робочі машини» полягає у запровадженні елементів навчальної дослідницької діяльності. Елементи навчальної дослідницької діяльності студентів орга нізовують за допомогою наративного методу при розкритті смислів передачі, перетворенні і трансформації механічної енергії в редукторі. Розкриття студентами смислів передачі, перетворення і трансформації меха нічної енергії в редукторі відбувається шляхом розробки наративів з використанням у їхньому змісті знань з математики і фізики. Принципова можливість формування загального уявлення студентів про машину на основі розкриття сутності базових технічних явищ в редукторі обумовлена фрактальністю зазначених феноменів. До змісту пояснювальної записки необхідно добавити декілька параграфів із розробленими студентами наратива ми, в яких будуть розкриті смисли базових технічних явищ машин у рамках знань про редуктор як базовий вузол приводу робочої машини. З метою зменшення трудомісткості виконання студентами графічної частини курсо вої роботи рекомендується замінити складальне креслення редуктора на складальне креслення його механічної передачі, а також відмовитися від необхідності виконання робочих креслень базових деталей редуктора.

The article substantiates the need to make changes to the structure and content of the course work on the educational discipline «Working Machines» for future technology teachers. For the first time, the possibility of forming a general idea of students about the machine based on the use of information about the basic technical phenomena of working machines in the functional description of the reducer has been revealed. The essence of the nature of the improvement of the structure and content of the coursework in the educational discipline «Working Machines» is revealed based on the analysis of the purpose of mechanical training of students as a component of their professional competence. The contradiction between the actual content of the course work tasks, on the basis of which the design competence of mechanical engineering students is formed, and its irrelevance with respect to the content of the project activity of the future technology teacher is highlighted. The main idea of the proposed changes in the structure and content of the course work in the educational discipline «Working Machines» is to introduce elements of educational research activity. The elements of the students’ educational research activity arise in the process of using the narrative method to reveal the meanings of transmission, conversion and transformation of mechanical energy in the gearbox. To reveal the meaning of transmission, conversion and transformation of mechanical energy in a gearbox, students should develop narratives using knowledge of mathematics and physics in their content. The fundamental possibility of forming a general idea of students about the machine based on the disclosure of the essence of the basic technical phenomena in the gearbox is due to the fractality of the mentioned phenomena. As a result, it is suggested to add several paragraphs with student-developed narratives to the content of the explanatory note, in which the meanings of the basic technical phenomena of machines will be revealed within the framework of knowledge about the gearbox as the basic drive unit of a working machine. In order to reduce the labor-intensiveness of the students’ performance of the graphic part of the course work, it is recommended to replace the assembly drawing of the gearbox with the assembly drawing of its mechanical transmission, as well as to abandon the need to perform working drawings of the basic parts of the gearbox.
