Автоматизоване робоче місце керівника кабінету інформатики загальноосвітнього навчального закладу: дипломна робота

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто особливості організації автоматизованого робочого місця бази даних керівника кабінету інформатики загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Метою дослідження є проектування автоматизованого робочого місця керівника кабінету інформатики та підвищення ефективності управління роботою кабінету інформатики в загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі. Проаналізовано організаційну структуру, автоматизованого робочого місця «Керівника кабінету інформатики». Спроектовано «Базу даних керівника кабінету інформатики» Виконано ґрунтовний аналіз роботи шкільного кабінету інформатики, детально висвітлені питання розробки моделі предметної області, обґрунтовано реляційну моделі бази даних керівника кабінету інформатики. Проведено експериментальне використання спроектованої бази даних керівника кабінету в загальноосвітнього навчального закладу.

The peculiarities of the organization of the automated workplace of the database of the head of the office of informatics of the general educational institution are considered in the work. The purpose of the study is to design an automated workplace of the head of the office of informatics and increase the efficiency of management of the work of the office of informatics in a secondary school. The organizational structure of the automated workplace of the "Head of the Informatics Cabinet" is analyzed. "Database of the head of the computer science office" is designed. A thorough analysis of the work of the school computer science classroom is performed, the issues of developing the model of the subject area are covered in detail, the relational model of the database of the head of the computer science classroom is substantiated. Experimental use of the designed database of the head of the office in a secondary school was carried out.
