Німецький і британський досвід підготовки майбутніх учителів у контексті модернізації вищої педагогічпої освіти в Європі та Україні

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз досвіду у Великій Британії і ФРН з підготовки майбутніх учителів у контексті їх особистісно-професійного становлення та його адаптації до умов професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів у вітчизняному освітньому просторі закладів вищої освіти. Його узагальнення дозволило виокремити основні ідеї та особливості, які можна творчо використати, організовуючи процес становлення майбутнього вчителя: налагоджен-ня профорієнтаційної роботи з абітурієнтами; різноманітність інноваційних форм і методів навчання; розроблення індивідуальних траєкторій професійної підготовки; організаційні форми професійно-педагогічної освіти, спрямовані на партнерські взаємовідносини школи з закладами вищої освіти; особливості науково-методичного супроводу випускників (надання молодим фахівцям професійної допомоги у розв’язанні різноманітних педагогічних проблем).

The process of professional development of a future teacher cannot be successfully carried out without a combination of advanced foreign technologies of teacher training. The progressive achievements of Germany and Britain, which demonstrate a high level of teacher training in accordance with world standards are of particular level. The professional training of future teachers in these countries is closely linked to secondary and postgraduate education and is used as a flexible element of professional and personal development throughout life. The article analyzes the experience in the UK and Germany in training future teachers in the context of their personal and professional development and its adaptation to the conditions of professional training of future teachers in the domestic educational space of higher education institutions. Its generalization has allowed to single out the main ideas and features that can be used creatively, organizing the process of becoming a future teacher: the establishment of career guidance work with applicants; variety of innovative forms and methods of teaching; development of individual trajectories of professional training; organizational forms of professional and pedagogical education aimed at partnership between schools and institutions of higher education; features of scientific and methodological support of graduates (providing young professionals with professional assistance in solving various pedagogical problems).
