Зарубіжний досвід.У статті проаналізовано європейський досвід упровадження дуальної форми навчання, висловлені пропозиції стосовно екстраполяції цього досвіду в практику професійної (професійно-технічної) та вищої освіти України. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що у сучасних умовах реформування вітчизняної системи освіти, увага урядовців спрямована на формування нормативно-законодавчої бази дуальної освіти. Автори здійснили аналіз упровадження дуальної форми навчання у провідних країнах Європейського союзу (Німеччина, Швеція, Швейцарія, Польща), встановили особливості професійної підготовки молоді в кожній із зазначених країн, виокремили переваги та недоліки дуальної форми навчання, визначили можливості використання зарубіжного досвіду в Україні.Institutions of Higher Education (HEI) of Ukraine are in need of rethinking the content, forms and methods of training of young professionals to improve their qualification, intellectual development, level of competitiveness, knowledge, so that future specialists could clearly and accurately perform their professional duties, be competitive in the national and world labor market and reduce the level of unemployment among young people. The article analyzes the European experience in the implementation of the dual form of education, proposes extrapolation of this experience in the practice of professional (vocational and technical) and higher education of Ukraine. Attention is focused on the fact that in the current conditions of reforming the domestic system of education, the attention of state officials is focused on the formation of regulatory and legislative base of dual education.
