ТуризмУ дисертації проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні аспекти формування ключових компетентностей майбутніх менеджерів сфери туризму в процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін. Теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови (формування позитивної мотивації студентів щодо вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін шляхом професійного спрямування їхнього змісту; використання засобів дистанційного навчання для організації самостійної роботи студентів; забезпечення проблемного й творчого характеру навчальних завдань шляхом використання веб-квестів; розвиток професійно-особистісних якостей студентів засобами ділових ігор) і модель формування ключових компетентностей майбутніх менеджерів сфери туризму в процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін. Уточнено компоненти (мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивний, діяльнісний, особистісний), критерії та рівні (початковий, середній, достатній, високий) сформованості ключових компетентностей майбутніх менеджерів сфери туризму в процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін.В диссертации проанализированы психолого-педагогические аспекты формирования ключевых компетентностей будущих менеджеров сферы туризма в процессе изучения гуманитарных дисциплин. Теоретически обоснованы и экспериментально проверены педагогические условия (формирование позитивной мотивации студентов к изучению гуманитарных дисциплин путем профессионального направления их содержания; использование средств дистанционного обучения для организации самостоятельной работы студентов; обеспечение проблемного и творческого характера учебных заданий с помощью использования веб-квестов; развитие профессионально-личностных качеств студентов средствами деловых игр) и модель формирования ключевых компетентностей будущих менеджеров сферы туризма в процессе изучения гуманитарных дисциплин. Определено, что процесс изучения гуманитарных дисциплин предусматривает усвоение научных знаний про общество, человека, его развитие и саморазвитие, а также влияет на формирование ключевых компетентностей будущих менеджеров сферы туризма, таких как: учебно-познавательная, общекультурная, информационная, коммуникативная, социальная и предпринимательская. Уточнены компоненты (мотивационно-ценностный, когнитивный, деятельностный, личностный) и уровни (начальный, средний, достаточный, высокий) сформированности ключевых компетентностей будущих менеджеров сферы туризма в процессе изучения гуманитарных дисциплин.The thesis analyzes psychological and pedagogical aspects of key competences formation of future tourism managers in the process of studying the humanities. It is proved that the main educational tasks in the sphere of tourism are: an increase in qualitative vocational training in the process of continuous education; a harmonious development of the future tourism managers’ personality; the skills of future specialists to carry out intercultural communication and establish rapport with the representatives of other nations. In the research paper professional competence of future tourism manager is defined as an integrative trait that includes the level of the acquirement of professional knowledge, abilities and skills. The professional competence is considered as the subject’s conscious control of the activity and behaviour according to the universal human values. It determines the level of professionalism and is characterized by motivational and evaluative, cognitive, active and personal components. It is revealed that the structure of specialists’ professional competence includes motivational (the realization of acquired knowledge and skills, the conscious attitude of the student to his/her future career), cognitive (knowledge), active (an ability to perform professional activities, an ability to apply the knowledge) and personal (personality qualities necessary for effective implementation of future professional activity) components. It was determined that the process of studying humanities involves the adaptation and mastering of scholarly knowledge about man, society, their development and self-development, and influences the formation of key competencies of future tourism managers, namely: educational and informative, global cultural, informational, communicative, social and entrepreneurial. The model of key competencies formation of future tourism managers in the process of studying the humanities is researched. Its structural components are: objective, methodological, organizational and pedagogical, productive. The functions and the contents of each model block are defined. The components (motivational and evaluative, cognitive, active, personal) and levels (beginner, intermediate, adequate, high) of key competencies formation of future tourism managers in the process of studying the humanities are further investigated. The criteria of key competences formation are: positive motivation to the studying of humanities; enthusiastic attitude to the future professional activity, completeness of theoretical knowledge of the humanities, the ability of using the knowledge, acquired skills and personal qualities necessary for the implementation of effective future professional activity. The markers of these criteria are: the presence of positive motivation as to the educational process; the manifestation of the system of personal values that match the future professional activity; the availability of knowledge in the humanities; abilities and skills necessary for the implementation of effective professional activity; the ability to independently monitor and evaluate the students’ own achievements; the ability to use internal resources for carrying out their professional activity; leadership skills; the ability to think creatively; the persistence in the performance of different activities. The thesis identifies pedagogical conditions of key competences formation of the future tourism managers in the process of studying the humanities: the process of formation of positive motivation to studying the humanities due to professional direction of their content; the usage of distance education means for students’ individual work; the fulfillment of classroom activities with problematic and creative educational tasks by using web-quests; the development of students’ professional and personal traits in the process of business games. The experimental part has confirmed that the studying of the humanities forms the appropriate key competences of the future tourism managers, namely: educational and informative, global cultural, informational, communicative, social, and entrepreneurial; as well as develops creative thinking and helps to form the motivation to educational, informative and professional activity.The thesis analyzes psychological and pedagogical aspects of key competences formation of future tourism managers in the process of studying the humanities.
