Здійснено аналіз концепту комунікативності як методологічної основи дослідження суб’єктності особистості. Комунікативність визначено онтологічною, телеологічною, аксіологічною та процесуальною основою розвитку суб’єктності особистості. Обгрунтовано необхідність розробки суб’єктно-комунікативного підходу до особистості та комунікативно-духовного підходу до суб’єктності особистості. Виділено інтегральні системоутворювальні компоненти суб’єктності особистості: комунікативність, мотиваційність, внутрішня свобода, творчість, саморегуляція та духовність. На основі комунікативно-генетичного підходу проаналізовано природу та процес становлення суб’єктності особистості. Обгрунтовано необхідність міждисциплінарного підходу до дослідження особистості та її суб’єктності.The article substantiates the necessity to change the paradigm of human being and the methodological foundations of the research of personality and its subjectivity on the basis of their transformation from the ideas of classical philosophy of consciousness (consciousness «I») to the ideas of philosophy of communicative consciousness (consciousness «I – the Other»). The definitions of the terms «communication», «interaction», «communicativeness», and «intercourse» have been clarified. The concept of communicativeness as a methodological basis for the study of personality’s subjectivity has been analyzed. Communicativeness has been defined as the essential, teleological, axiological, and procedural basis of personality’s subjectivity. The necessity and development of a subject-communicative approach to personality and a communicative-spiritual approach to personality’s subjectivity have been proposed and substantiated. The integral system-forming components of personality’s subjectivity have been distinguished: communicativeness, motivation, inner freedom, creativity, self-regulation and spirituality. The communicative concept plays a significant role in answering the questions about the nature and becoming of personality’s subjectivity. Communicativeness (interaction) is the ontological and processional basis for the development of subjective intentions. It is the process of internal and external communication (interaction) «I – the Other» where there is the process of development and actualization of activity, internal freedom, independence, motivation, creativity, reflection, self-determination, innovativeness, spirituality of personality. «Subject» and «personality’s subjectivity» are interdisciplinary categories.
