Формування партнерських відносин між викладачем і студентамиУ статті розглядаються такі структурні компоненти діалогічної взаємодії, як діалогічні стосунки, особистісні позиції учасників, активна спільна діяльність, ціннісно-смисловий зв'язок. Запропоновано визначення партнерської взаємодії та охарактеризовано специфіку партнерства в освітньому процесі. Розкрито зміст послідовних, взаємопов'язаних етапів процесу становлення партнерства: етап усвідомлення партнерства, етап його розвитку і етап співтворчості. Проаналізовано провідні засоби реалізації партнерських відносин на заняттях педагогічного циклу на кожному з етапів: на першому – особливості організації проблемного навчання, спрямованого на виховання здатності до творчого мислення, інтелектуальних і пізнавальних інтересів, готовності до відстоювання власних позицій, конструктивного діалогу; на другому – групової діяльності, орієнтованої на оволодіння вміннями спільних дій, колективного набуття знань, розвиток пошукової активності, формуваннякритичного мислення, вироблення навичок взаємоконтролю; на третьому – проектного навчання як підходу, що забезпечує активну суб’єктну позицію студентів в освітньому процесі.The article deals with the structural components of dialogical interaction: dialogical relationships, personality positions of participants, active joint activity, value-semantic communication. The definition of partnership interaction and the specificity of partnership in the educational process are described. The focus is on partnership goals: to promote self-development and professional self-identification of students, to ensure a high level of education of future professionals. The content of successive, interrelated stages of partnership formation (stage of awareness of partnership, stage of its development and co-creation stage) is revealed, during which there is formation of active creative position, activation of motivational factors of self-determination in joint activity, expansion of cooperation space in the "teacher-student" dialogue, "student - student", assimilation of various communication strategies, mastering the technology of self-determination in the educational process, development of adequate self-esteem. The means of implementing partnership relations at different stages of studying the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle are analyzed: on the first, the peculiarities of the problem education organization, aimed at forming the ability to creative thinking, intellectual and cognitive interests, readiness to defend their own positions, constructive dialogue; on the second - a group activity focused on mastering the skills of joint actions, collective acquisition of knowledge, development of search activity, the formation of critical thinking, development of intercontrol skills; on the third - project training, which provides an active subjective position of students in the educational process.партнерствовикладачстудентиосвітній процеспроблемне навчаннягрупова діяльністьпроектне навчанняpartnershipteacherstudentseducational processproblem learninggroup activityproject trainingArticle
