В першому розділі роботи дослідження подано психолого-педагогічні та психолого-фізіолгічні особливості формування рухових якостей дітей старшого дошкільного віку; діагностика сформованості рухових якостей дошкільників У другому розділі дипломатичного дослідження створено педагогічні умови формування рухових якостей дошкільників; проведення сюжетних та ігрових занять фізичною культурою в ЗДО; активізації рухової активності дітей старшого дошкільного віку засобами рухових ігор; використання інноваційних технологій у роботі з дітьми старшого дошкільного віку.
