Діагностика рівня сформованості готовності майбутніх учителів до виховання підлітків з низьким статусом в учнівському колективі за діяльнісним критерієм

Abstract

Проведення діагностики, що складається з низки педагогічних і психологічних методик в середовищі студентів педагогічних спеціальностей стало запорукою виявлення взаємозв’язків між означеними нами у констатувальному етапі експерименту критеріями (когнітивний, мотиваційний, особистісний, діяльнісний) та їх показниками. У виявленні ієрархії рівнів сформованості готовності студентів до співпраці з низькостатусними підлітками діяльнісний критерій стає основною ланкою, оскільки саме через діагностичні, організаційні, конструктивні вміння майбутніх учителів залежить їх практична готовність до прийняття професійно важливих рішень у процесі педагогічної діяльності.

Diagnostics conduction, which consists of a number of pedagogical and psychological techniques among students of pedagogical specialties, became the key to revealing the relationships between the criteria (cognitive, motivational, personal, activity) that we defined at the stage of the experiment and their indicators. In revealing the hierarchy of levels of formation of readiness of students to cooperate with low-status teenagers, the activity criterion becomes the main link. Teachers’ practical readiness for making professionally important decisions in the process of pedagogical activity depends precisely on diagnostic, organizational and constructive skills Activity criterion in the structure of students' readiness for the education of low-level adolescents testifies the ability to work with a certain category of students, which differs from others, mastering methods of establishing interaction, formation of the direction of future teachers, modeling of professional activity. The inextricable connection with student’s personal qualities is a peculiar transitional element from the accumulation of knowledge, skills, experience, available personal characteristics to real actions and application of the theory in education practice. The specificity of this criterion is that the existing arsenal of abilities and skills of a future teacher can be revealed only when applied in professional pedagogical activity. And the main thing in the professional activity of the teacher is the ability to apply the necessary actions consciously. This minimizes the likelihood that an unprotected teenager will remain unnoticed, will not receive additional pedagogical support. Therefore, the main task of the teacher is to create such situations, through which a low-level teenager will learn to navigate in life circumstances and will be able to establish friendly relations with all members of the student team.
