| dc.description.abstract | У статті розкрито зміст поняття «недоношеність» та виділені основні її групи. Проведений аналіз особливостей фізіологічного розвитку недоношених дітей, особливості стану нервової системи, наявність фізіологічних рефлексів, групи ризику мовленнєвих порушень. Виділені основні закономірності мовленнєвого розвитку дитини в онтогенезі, напрямки та принципи корекційної роботи з ними. Наведені приклади вправ та ігор для розвитку мовлення недоношених дітей раннього віку. Виявлена залежність між ступенем недоношеності та мовленням дитини, а також умови подальшої корекційної роботи. | dc.title.alternative | The article describes the meaning of «premature infections» and highlights its main groups depending on the weight with which the child was born. The analysis of peculiarities of the physiological development of premature infants, the features of the state of the nervous system, the presence of physiological reflexes (Babkin’s reflex, Robinson’s reflex, Moro’s reflex), risk groups of speech disorders (extremely low body mass, damage to the auditory and visual analyzers, damage to the cranial nerves, delay reduction of unconditioned automatisms, long-term impaired muscle tone). The basic regularities of child's speech development in ontogenesis, directions and principles of corrective work with them are singled out. These include: the establishment of emotional contact, the development of communication skills, the development of fine motor skills, the development of auditory, visual perception, mobility of organs of articulation, speech respiration. The importance of two components of development – physiological and mental. The importance of the child's environment and communication with her is explained even during the contractual period. The purpose of such communication is the creation of a child's basic trust in the world. Only under this condition, will the child develop and not be afraid to learn something new. This allows the child to experiment in the process of learning the world and be confident in their abilities. Examples of exercises and games for the development of speech for premature infants are given. These are games for replenishing passive vocabulary, activating speech, developing phonemic hearing, foreskin speech (intonation, altitude, timbre). A parallel between normal development of speech and speech of premature babies has been made; the notion «correction for premature birth» has been introduced. The main stages of the development of broadcasting in the norm up to a year are outlined. From emotional reactions to the appearance of close people to the appearance of the first words. Dependence between the degree of premature birth and the child's speech, as well as the conditions for further corrective work are revealed. Variability of speech disorders is shown depending on the degree of premature birth. The basic techniques of successful correction work are formulated. | |
