Партнерство як інноваційна форма діалогічної взаємодії викладача і студентів – майбутніх менеджерів

Abstract

У статті зазначається необхідність надання пріоритету особистісно-орієнтованій моделі, яка спрямована на подолання моносуб’єктності навчально-виховного процесу, зміцнення позицій діалогічності стосунків у процесі взаємодії викладача і студентів. Діалогічна взаємодія розглядається в статті як процес взаємовпливу викладача і студента з метою їх розвитку і саморозвитку на основі відкритої міжособистісної позиції, діалогічного розуміння як спільного пошуку ціннісно-смислових зв'язків. У статті розкрито зміст чинників, що обумовлюють адекватність і пріоритетність партнерства у ЗВО: відповідність новим завданням виховання і освіти, сучасним тенденціям розвитку суспільства, домінування партнерства серед інших форм діалогічної взаємодії, таких як персоніфіковане посередництво, тьюторство, консультування. Підкреслено, що партнерство для особистості пов'язане з самовизначенням у спільній діяльності, усвідомленням своєї самоцінності і цінності іншого.

The article points out the need to give priority to a person-oriented model, which is aimed at overcoming the monologism of the educational process, strengthening the position of dialogic relations in the process of interaction between the teacher and students. Dialogical interaction is considered in the article as a process of mutual influence of the teacher and student in order to develop them and self-development on the basis of open interpersonal position, dialogical understanding as a joint search for value-semantic connections. The article describes the content of factors that determine the adequacy and priority of partnership in higher education: compliance with new education and education objectives, modern trends in the development of society, the dominance of partnership among other forms of dialogue interaction, such as personalized mediation, tutoring, counseling. It is emphasized that the partnership for an individual involves self-determination in a joint activity, an awareness of one's own self-worth and the value of another. The partnership in the article is described as an innovative form of interaction, since it is based on the following principles: equality, voluntariness, equality, complementarity of participants in the educational process. taking into account the mechanisms of self-development of a person, the partnership puts the student in an active position that allows him to realize individual development; Assuming a wide range of strategies for cooperation between the teacher and the students, it involves the separation of the right of choice and responsibility for decision making, which allows them to participate equally but differently in the design, organization and implementation of activities that lead them to personal developmentof conscious self-regulation of own educational and professional activities.
