Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх учителів на основі рефлексивного підходу
Abstract
У статті розглядаються різні підходи до трактування сутності комунікативної компетентності як основи професійної діяльності вчителя. Запропоновано визначення комунікативної компетентності майбутніх учителів, проаналізовані її структурні компоненти. Розглянуті можливості застосування рефлексивного підходу у процесі формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх учителів. Визначені функції різних типів рефлексії у ситуаціях педагогічного спілкування. Зазначено, що ефективною формою професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів, яка дозволяє успішно вдосконалювати їх комунікативну компетентність, є соціально-психологічний тренінг. The article analyzes various approaches to the interpretation of the essence of communicative competence as the basis of the teacher’s professional activity. Communicative competence is considered as a professionally significant integration quality of the teacher’s personality, which is the result of personal growth in the process of professionalization. The structural components of the communicative competence of future teachers are analyzed: communicative orientation; humanistic position; communicative knowledge, skills; communicative creativity. The possibilities of developing the communicative competence of future teachers on the basis of the reflexive approach, which provides for the awareness and reflexive analysis by students of the features of their own communicative behavior and its improvement on this basis, are determined. The functions of different types of reflection in pedagogical communication situations are defined: the teacher’s self-determination, change of ideas, rethinking and reorganization of collective activity. The expediency of using different types of reflection in the process of communicative training of future teachers is considered: situational, retrospective, perspective. It has been established that socio-psychological training is an effective form of developing the communicative competence of future teachers.
