Аналіз сучасних наукових підходів до формування підприємницької компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери обслуговування

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі запровадження в освітній процес сучасних наукових підходів з метою формування підприємницької компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери обслуговування. Відзначено, що питання розвитку підприємницької компетентності як однієї з професійних характеристик розглядається не як проблема менеджменту, а як засіб формування захисних, превентивних механізмів існування особистості в ринковому суспільстві. Установлено, що теоретичне обґрунтування сутності підприємницької компетентності має здійснюватись на філософському, загальнонауковому, конкретно-науковому й технологічному рівнях методологічного знання. Виявлено, що на загальнонауковому рівні формування підприємницької компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери обслуговування ґрунтується на реалізації системного, діяльнісного, компетентнісного, аксіологічного й акмеологічного підходів. Розглянуто значення кожного з підходів для визначення рівня сформованості підприємницької компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери обслуговування за відповідними критеріями.

The article is devoted to the problem of introduction modern scientific approaches into the educational process with the purpose of entrepreneurial competence formation of future service sphere specialists. It is noted that the issue of the development of entrepreneurial competence as one of the professional characteristics is considered not as a problem of management, but as a means of forming protective, preventive mechanisms for the existence of personality in a market society. It has been established that the theoretical substantiation of the essence of entrepreneurial competence should be carried out at the philosophical, general scientific, specific scientific and technological levels of methodological knowledge. The article notes that the content of the philosophical level involved the search for fundamental ideas and theoretical propositions; at the concrete and scientific level the set of methods and principles of the research generally accepted in pedagogical science is outlined; at the technological level, the methodology and technique of researching the essence of entrepreneurial competence of the future specialist of the service sphere are elaborated. It is revealed that at the general scientific level the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in the service sector is based on the implementation of systemic, activity, competence, axiological and acmeological approaches. An attempt to distinguish the conditions of self-realization of the individual on the basis of each of them was made. The importance of each approach for determining the level of entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in the service sector is considered according to the following criteria: cognitive, motivational-value, activity-practical, developmental and adapted. The additional possibilities of the above-mentioned approaches in forming the entrepreneurial competence of future service professionals are emphasized. It is emphasized that the above-mentioned levels of methodological knowledge form a complex, interdependent system in which the philosophical level is the substantive basis and it determines the worldview approaches to the process of formation of entrepreneurial competence.
