Підготовка майбутніх учителів до організації дозвіллєвої діяльності дітей у літньому таборі оздоровлення та відпочинку
Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано підготовчий етап літньої виховної практики студентів в дитячих оздоровчих таборах. Розкрито значення колективних творчих справ як фактору розвитку креативних здібностей студентів, особливості організації та проведення окремих форм роботи (квести, станційні ігри тощо). Проаналізовано досвід використання форм організації дозвілля дітей в умовах дитячого закладу оздоровлення та відпочинку. Обґрунтовано значення навчальної дисципліни «Методика виховної роботи в літньому таборі» для ґрунтовної навчально-організаційної підготовки майбутніх фахівців у закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО). The article describes the preparatory stage of summer educational practice of students in children's health camps. The activity of the student-intern during this period is considered. The significance of the preparatory stage of practice for the effective educational activity of the camp leader is revealed. The goals, forms of organization, tasks of summer educational pedagogical practice in children's health camps and its possibilities for forming key components of professional competence and creative potential of future specialists are considered. The importance of collective creative affairs as a factor in the development of students' creative abilities, peculiarities of organizing and conducting some forms of work (quests, station games, etc.) are revealed. The experience of using forms of organization of children's leisure in the conditions of a children's institution of health and recreation is analyzed. The value of the discipline «Method of educational work in the camp» for the thorough training and organizational training of future specialists in the institution of higher education (IHE) is substantiated. It is stated that it is achieved through the joint creative activity of teachers, students and administrative and pedagogical staff of children's summer health camps. It is characterized that the theoretical course «Methodology of educational work in the camp» examines the managerial basis of the work of the leader; characterizes psychological and pedagogical aspects of its activity with children of different groups; creates conditions for pedagogical creativity in the temporary team; humanization of activities in a health institution; meeting the interests and needs of children, adolescents. It is stated that the potential of the discipline is very high and its realization directly influences the achievement of such learning result as the formation of professional competence, amateur activity, initiative, creative development of students. It is proved that summer educational pedagogical practice in children's health camps promotes students' creative self-development in IHE, stimulates their creative thinking and style of activity. It performs adaptive, educational, educational, developmental, communicative, diagnostic, constructive and research functions. The preparatory stage of educational practice in revealing its importance for the effective educational activity of the leader is considered. The activity of students in practical classes is described: they learned to determine the rules of life of the children's collective; identify leaders; to distribute the children's collective into micro groups; to choose self-government bodies; determine the prospects of the team – planning a camp change; carrying out collective creative cases, which envisaged the intensification of direct communication of children (games for acquaintance, games with the hall, etc.) specifics of the leader's work organization (the structure of the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the collective of children at the beginning of the camp change and at the end, self-analysis of the pedagogical practice is presented). It has been proven that by mastering the course, students have learned to work in a team, demonstrating interpersonal skills; conduct educational events; to independently search for methods of education that are appropriate to the pedagogical situation; to analyze educational situations. It is stated that the future leaders have learned how to apply knowledge and practical skills in pedagogy, psychology, physiology for planning and creative design of the educational process, taking into account the psychophysiological features of children; make effective use of learning tools and methods for the development and analysis of collective creative cases.
