Pedagogical conditions of future music teachers (stimulation of necessity for self-actualization of future music teacher; initialization of independent creative-searching activity; provision of future music teacher’s valued attitude to the process and results of the educational professional activity) are identified, confirmed and experimentally examined. Criteria and levels of self-actualization of future music teachers are defined.
It is demonstrated that the implementation of model of assistance to self-actualization of future music teachers on the basis of its by-stage realization (compulsory, constructive, practice-oriented) has led to the positive levels’ changes in the self-actualization of future music teachers in the process of professional training"
