Problems of interaction between the state and society have a long history. Aristotle also noted that true citizenship, and, consequently, a community composed of citizens, exists only where the supreme power acts in favor of the common good, that is, in the right states. Public practice has shown that ignoring or humiliating the influence of power and social conditions of existence on human nature is contrary to the results of his life. Power and the establishment of social order with its help can contribute, on the one hand, to the education of human morality, and on the other - the degradation of the individual. Depending on the current political regime, the individual may act to a greater extent as a subject or object of power.
